Duo questions
Do I have to give my credentials?
No. In duo, you play yourself, on your account. No credentials are asked.
Who plays with me?
One of our two French Master players. You talk with him in your order chat before the first game.
How long does it take?
It depends on the time slots you share and on how the games go. The calculator gives an estimate for each route.
Is it allowed?
Playing in duo with another player is a queue the game offers, and nobody logs into your account. The result also depends on your level: we promise no rank.
What if I don't reach my target rank?
The result also depends on how you play. As our terms of sale state, if your order has not started within 72 hours of payment, you can cancel it and get a full refund. Once the order has started, no refund is possible. Write to us from your order page and we will look at your situation.
