Purpose of the service

Duo Leveling offers two services: raising the rank on the customer's account through a booster (elo boost) or alongside the customer (duo), and selling ready-to-play League of Legends accounts, including custom accounts on request with a quote.

These terms of sale apply to every order placed on the site.

Risk under Riot Games rules

Account boosting is not allowed under Riot Games terms of use. By placing an order, you acknowledge this risk and explicitly accept it.

Duo Leveling takes steps to reduce it, such as playing offline mode with a credible win rate, but cannot guarantee your account will not be sanctioned.

Price and payment

The price shown on the order summary is final. It no longer changes once the order is confirmed, even if the pricing grid changes afterward.

Payment is made through PayPal or by card via Stripe. If the amount received is lower than the amount due, the order stays pending: contact us from your order's chat to settle it.

Order fulfillment

The durations shown by the calculator are estimates and depend on booster availability and the requested route.

For a boost, your League of Legends credentials are requested after payment and are used only to connect the booster to your account, which is played offline.

Cancellation and refunds

If your boost has not started within 72 hours of payment, you can cancel your order and get a full refund. Once the boost has started, no refund is possible.

For a catalogue account, the sale is final as soon as the credentials have been viewed from your order page.

Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have fourteen days to exercise your right of withdrawal, without giving any reason (article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code).

When ordering, you expressly request immediate performance of your order and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the boost has started (articles L221-25 and L221-28 1° of the French Consumer Code) or, for an account, once its credentials have been delivered (article L221-28 13° of the same code). This request takes the form of a mandatory checkbox before payment.

As long as the boost has not started or the account credentials have not been delivered, you can exercise this right by writing to us from your order's chat.

Accounts on request and quotes

An account reserved from the catalogue is held for you for 30 minutes while you complete payment. After that, it becomes available again to other customers.

For a custom account request, Duo Leveling sends you a quote that you are free to accept or decline. The quote does not commit the order until it is paid.

Liability

Duo Leveling cannot be held responsible for the consequences of a sanction taken by Riot Games on your account, nor for service interruptions caused by League of Legends servers or a case of force majeure.

Consumer mediation

In accordance with article L616-1 of the French Consumer Code, Duo Leveling provides consumers with the contact details of the consumer mediator it falls under. If a dispute is not resolved after a written complaint to us, you may refer it to this mediator free of charge.

Disputes

These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, you may resort free of charge to the consumer mediator named above before any legal action.
