Cheap LoL smurf account: what the price hides and what to check
A smurf for a few euros exists. The question is what you are really buying. Here is what the price hides, what matters in an account, and what to ask before paying.

Why some smurfs are so cheap
A level 30 account takes a lot of games. When it sells for the price of a coffee, those games were not played by a person. The cheapest accounts are levelled by bots, in bulk, then resold in batches. Riot spots these accounts, and they can be sanctioned without you having done anything.
The second hidden discount is the email address. An account whose email you cannot change stays tied to the seller, who can take it back whenever he wants. You did not buy an account, you rented access. Finally, some accounts already have a history: warnings, abandoned games, past sanctions. You inherit it.
- Levelled by bots: sanction possible without you having played a single game.
- Non-changeable email: the seller can take the account back.
- Loaded history: you inherit past sanctions.
What you really pay for in an account
The price of an account reflects a few concrete characteristics. Level first: 30 for ranked. Blue essence and champions already owned, because they spare you from buying some before you can play what you want. The server, because an EUW account does not play on EUNE.
Then come the things a screenshot does not show: a clean history, games played by hand, an email you can replace with your own on first login. That is where the price gap hides between a cheap account and an account that stays yours.
- Level 30, blue essence, champions owned.
- Server: the one your friends play on.
- Clean history, email and password of your own.
The questions to ask before buying
Ask them in writing, and keep the answers. A seller who does not answer one of them has already answered.
The last question is the one that matters. The honest answer, with us as anywhere else, is that a bought account can be sanctioned by Riot, and no seller can prevent it. What you can demand is that the conditions be written down before you pay, not made up afterwards.
- Can I change the email address and the password on first login?
- Which server is the account on?
- Is it unranked, or already placed? At what rank?
- How many champions and how much blue essence?
- How and when do I receive the credentials?
- What happens if the account is taken back or sanctioned after purchase?
Our accounts
Our catalogue lists accounts verified one by one, filterable by server and by rank. Each listing gives the server, the rank or unranked, the level, the number of champions, the number of skins, the blue essence, a description and screenshots. The price is written on the listing, with no extra.
When you start the purchase, the account is reserved for you for thirty minutes, the time to pay by card or PayPal. As soon as payment is confirmed, the credentials appear on your order page, readable for thirty days. Change the password and the email on your first login. If no account suits you, you can describe what you are looking for and receive a quote.
- Detailed listing per account, price shown.
- Thirty-minute reservation during payment.
- Credentials delivered on your order page, email and password to change.
What Riot's rules say
Riot Games' terms of service forbid buying and selling accounts, whoever the seller and whatever the price. A bought account can therefore be sanctioned. Our terms of sale say so, and state that the sale is final as soon as the credentials have been viewed from your order page.
We do not sell level boosting, and we will not tell you an account is out of reach. What we can tell you is what is verified on each listing, and how delivery works. The rest is a decision that is yours, to make after reading the terms before buying.
Questions
Is a very cheap smurf always a trap?
Not always, but a low price always has a reason: an account levelled by bots, a non-changeable email or a loaded history. If the seller does not say which, assume the worst.
How do I know whether the email can be changed?
Ask in writing before paying, and test it on first login: change the email and the password right away. With us, it is the first thing to do once the credentials appear on your order page.
What happens if the account is sanctioned after purchase?
Riot can sanction a bought account, and no seller can prevent it. Our terms of sale state that the sale is final as soon as the credentials have been viewed. Write to us from your order page and we will look at your situation.
