LoL duo boost: how it works, what it costs, who it is for
In a duo boost, you play, with a Master player on your team. Nobody logs into your account. Here is how it works, what it costs and who it suits.

What a duo boost is
A duo boost is a form of elo boosting where you stay in control. You queue for your ranked games as usual, and a much stronger player queues with you, on your team. You play together, game after game, until the rank you chose.
Your account stays yours from start to finish. You give no credentials, nobody logs in for you, and every LP you gain comes from a game you played yourself. The duo queue is part of the game: Riot limits the rank gap between the two players, and the exact rule is shown in the client.
Duo boost or solo boost: who plays, who logs in
In a solo boost, a player logs into your account and plays your ranked games while you wait. It is faster, but account sharing goes against Riot's rules, and a boosted account can be sanctioned. Our terms of sale say so plainly, and the choice is yours.
In a duo boost, nobody logs into your account. You play, your partner plays by your side. It is slower, because it depends on your shared time slots and on your own play, but it is the only form where your account never passes into someone else's hands.
- Solo boost: a player logs into your account, you follow progress from your order page.
- Duo boost: you play yourself, the Master player is on your team, no credentials asked.
- In both cases: price shown before you pay, tracking chat, rank and LP updated.
How it unfolds with us
Everything starts with the calculator. You enter your server, your current rank, your LP, your LP gain per win and your target, then you tick the duo option. The price is shown before you pay and does not change once paid, by card through Stripe or with PayPal.
Your Master partner then contacts you in your order chat. You agree on time slots, then you play your ranked games together. After each session, your rank and LP are updated on your order page. If your order has not started within 72 hours of payment, you can cancel it and get a full refund.
- Route chosen, duo option ticked, price shown before you pay.
- Time slots agreed in the order chat.
- Games played together, rank and LP tracked after each session.
What it changes in your games
Playing with a Master player is not just more comfortable. You see live what he does at the moment you would have done something else, and you can ask him why. It is coaching that happens during the game, not after it.
Three things change quickly. Decisions: when to fight, when to back off, when to give up a tower to take another. Timings: when to set up an objective, place vision, push the opposing wave before going in. And tempo: pushing, recalling, grouping at the right time. These are reflexes you keep once the order is over.
The price of a duo boost
The price is built division by division, according to your tier, your current LP, your LP gain per win and the server. The duo option is added to the total, because your partner spends the same time in game as you do.
On our grid, one division in duo starts at €8.00, on the cheapest server and LP gain. Iron IV to Gold IV in duo starts at €109.44, Silver IV to Gold IV at €46.08, Gold IV to Platinum IV at €63.36. Each example opens the calculator with the option already ticked.
Who it is for, and who it is not for
A duo boost is for players who want to climb and understand why they climb. You need time slots where you are available to play, one or two champions you know, and the will to listen. You end up with a higher rank and reflexes you keep.
It is not for players who do not have time to play those games, or who only want to see a rank change without being there. The result also depends on your play: we promise no rank, and that is normal, since you are in the game.
Questions
Do I have to give my credentials for a duo boost?
No. You play yourself, on your account. No credentials are asked, at any point.
How much does a duo boost cost?
One division in duo starts at €8.00, Iron IV to Gold IV at €109.44, on the cheapest server and LP gain. Your exact price is shown in the calculator before you pay.
Is a duo boost allowed by Riot?
The duo queue is a queue the game offers and nobody logs into your account. It is the solo boost, where a player plays on your account, that goes against Riot's rules.
